OK - who knew the Diva was so darned cute! Pictures of her and others at a tangling workshop in Calgary are on her blogsite where you'll also find instructions for this challenge 210.
The challenge was to use a spiral for a tangle. That's all.
Well, I'm keeping it real this week. All we are thinking about here is the NCAA Basketball Tournament. For those of you outside the US who aren't familiar with it, we call it "March Madness." It's a tournament to select the best college basketball teams. In Division 1 Mens - there is always and only one team for us -- University of Kentucky Wildcats. Tonight, they're playing to win their 38th consecutive win and to get into the Final Four of the tournament. It's been a record-breaking, awesome year for the Wildcats.
So, in honor of Big Blue Nation - here's my blue spiral. I aured it with Akoya by Sandy Hunter. Once again I've decided it's not my favorite, but I had to give it another try. I think I'll like it better without the little inner orbs. It's just too busy. And I'll probably like it better when I can execute it well. I'll definitely go bigger next time.
Oh, and I watched a tutorial by papernlaceprinces on youtube on color pencil blending here. I really like how my blue petals turned out. You can see the tutorial here.
