Wasn't sure how to handle Joey's challenge #57. She uploaded a photo of a sandy beach with rippled sand, pebbles, tiny little shells, even a star fish and told us to devise a string from what ever we saw on the image. I uploaded a small section of the photo to an online site that converted it to line art. I made a few adjustments to the contrast and was l left with this.
Here's what I came up with a slightly beachy theme using
Rims by DiAnne Ferrer
Chainging/Punzel, Meer and Squid all Zentangle(r) -- Squid has a few tentacles that have wrapped up behind Meer.
Mr. E by Shawn Hayden
Tearce by Pam Pinche-Wagener and
Scallops by Suzanne McNeill
Thanks again Joey for all you do. This really demonstrates your creativity in coming up with interesting challenges each week.
