I think I need a "Do Over."
Suzy Mosh's Tangle Me 3 challenge this week was to create a monotangle using the original Zentangle(r) pattern Arukas and at least 2 variations of it.
Seriously, I love Arukas. And this one started out great by putting 4 big Arukas sections on the corners of the tile. But then it went downhill from there.
I realize that, while I enjoy drawing Arukas, I never use them much in my work because they don't play nicely with others...or each other as it seems to me. I did have fun exploring different starter shapes. I tried using sparkle on some of the lines, but it was just to confusing visually.
